Terms & Conditions for iPhone 16 Giveaway
1. Eligibility:
o This offer is open to residents of INDIA, aged 18 years and above.
o This Offer is only valid once we have reached 250 orders within offer’s time period, Viz, Oct 1, 2024 – Oct 31st, 2024.

2. Participation:
o To enter, customers must either:
o Make a purchase of ₹5,999/- or more on our website.
o Pre-book 3KG A2 Gir Cow Ghee priced at 3599/- 2599/- rupees pr kg, which is launching on October 15th.
o Each eligible purchase counts as one entry.

3. Offer Period:
o The offer is valid from Oct 1, 2024 – Oct 31st, 2024.
o Any purchases or pre-bookings made outside this period will not be eligible.

4. Winner Selection:
o One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries after the contest ends.
o The winner will be notified via Instagram (Live), email or phone within 7 days of the contest closing.

5. Prize:
o The prize is one brand new iPhone 16.
o The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Shipping & Delivery:
o The Organic Farm will cover the cost of delivering the iPhone 16 to the winner within India.
o Any additional taxes or charges related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Disqualification:
o The Organic Farm reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms.

8. Amendments & Cancellation:
o The Organic Farm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

9. Liability:
o The Organic Farm is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect participation.
o The company’s liability for any claims related to the giveaway is limited to the value of the prize.

10. Agreement:
o By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
