Return & Refund Policy
At The Organic Farm, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home décor items. Due to the nature of our products, we have implemented a strict return policy to ensure the best experience for all our customers.
1. *Eligibility for Returns:*
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team with a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
2. *Non-Returnable Items:*
Please note that all sales are final for non-defective items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. This includes cases of change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with size, color, or design.
We also do not accept returns for several types of goods which are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as a mandate. And Customer must comply to all our terms and conditions and return and refund policies for having made a return.
3. *Return Process:*If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us. All returns must be shipped in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories, to qualify for a refund or exchange.
4. *Refunds and Exchanges:*
Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days for standard shipping and 7-10 business days for express shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be provided only if the exact same product is available.
5. *Damaged or Defective Items:*
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will require photos of the damage or defect and may request the item to be returned. Once verified, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
6. *Additional Terms:*
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our policy or that are returned without a proper return authorization. Items that are returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
